I'd like to know the weather in Lancaster, Ohio on February 4, 1983?
February 4, 1983 was the day that Karen Carpenter passed away. I'm
working on a poem in her memory that actually mentions the town of
Lancaster, Ohio and I'm determining whether the day of her death with
a rainy day in Lancaster. LLancaster is for the most part a suburb of
Columbus, and Newark and Zanesville are relatively close. Thanks.

I sent off an email to the Ohio State Climatologist, Professor Jeffrey
Rogers asking about the weather on February 4, 1983 in Lancaster Ohio.
Mr. Rogers kindly replied that there was 0.06 inches of precipitation which was
probably about an inch of snow. The high temperature was 31 and the low was 16.
