Im going for an interview and have to prepare 4 questions to ask the interviewer regarding my job role.. this will be a customer care executive. I also have to think of examples of where ive had to prioritise and juggle situations, i just cant think, ive got a mind blank :( someone please help!!! Many Thanks

Questions I always ask when interviewing are :
What are your strengths ? A good answer could be that you are adaptable and see change as opportunity.
What are your weaknesses ? You could say that when asked to take on things you have trouble saying no and can end up taking on too much, you are however aware of this and are working on it.
One of the tougher questions I ask is why should we employ you over everyone else ? This gives you a chance to sell yourself.
With regard to the questions that you need to ask you could try:
1/ Will I have a yearly appraisal linked to a personal development plan and target setting ?
2/ Will I recieve any formalised in-house training prior to undertaking this role so that I am familiar with the organisational structure and client base ?
3/ Could you sum up what you consider to be the most important aspect of the job role in one sentence ?
4/ Would I have some sort of mentor to turn to in the first few weeks ?
I don't know your background or life experience so the last item is difficult, but we all prioritise and juggle tasks on a daily basis and I feel sure there is something you can draw on. I often use a notebook write a different problem/task on a different page and use colour coded tape, stuck on each page but hanging out of the book; red for urgent, yellow for needs doing asap and green for do if I get a chance. Think of a time when you have had a lot of things to do and how you prioritised your response eg possible negative repurcussions of one task and/or time pressures of another.
