Ok, I've got a simple question that I need answered.
I've got a REALLY old version of vBulletin...2.0.3 to be exact.
To be totally completely honest, it's a pirated version (Didn't know that when it was installed, since I didn't install it on my site), but I'd like to get the latest version of vBulletin some time this summer. Can I keep everything (posts, forum sections, etc) when I transfer, or will I need to start all over?
you can use the upgrade scripts provided once you purchase a copy of the software, the upgrade scripts are included in the download.
All right sweet, I do plan on purchasing vB. I am using IPB right now for my other forums, but the new ones that I'm going to start up deserve vB. :) Thanks for the info, you can lock this now if you want. :p
