I am scheduled for a job interview tomorrow morning at 9:30. Normally, when the interviewer tells me that I will have to take an 'assessment' test I mentally freak and end up canceling the interview. Even in high school, I had what I likened to panic attacks when it came to taking important tests! But, I need a job, and I can't just cancel this interview. The job is for a full time customer service rep. Here is the job descrip:
The responsibilities of this position include the preparation of picking tickets for the warehouse, processing of customer orders, research of inventory shortages and servicing a geographic territory in resolution of customer issues. You must have previous customer service phone experience and PC knowledge. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking, rewarding position in a Customer Service Department known for delivering excellent service to its customers.
Any thoughts on what sort of 'assessment' test I'll be taking???
They don't actually give you a test.
The real "test" is just to see how you react when you are told that you will have to take a test.
Just go in there with confidence, knowing that they will just be happy with you showing up.
