I'm looking for a way to use a default avatar for new users, and they cant change it until they hit ** posts, and if a user isn't using there own avatar, the default one comes in?
Any Ideas?

I too would like this feature, i dont think it would be to hard to hack, but i'll give it a try on my forums, if i figure anything out, i'll let ya know :)
Don't do [REQUEST] in title please, it makes it hard to seperate from [RELEASE]
